Military Is Seen Deploying ADS Weapons in Montana…U.S.?

Today a reader on Infowars.com sent Alex Jones the following photos of what appears to be a portable (EMP) Engineered Machined Product weapons. The Alex Jones reader goes on to say he spotted a semi-truck carrying military looking weapons in Montana, headed West towards Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and/or Spokane or Seattle, Washington.

This Military machinery Active Denial System (ADS) developed by the military for crowd control (see the Department of Defense photo below). Is it possible the military is deploying this device in preparation for things to come?
